A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has purchased something from us in the past few days and weeks, your support in this worrying time means a lot to us. Like many businesses and many people, we are struggling to get our heads around this whole situation. On a personal level, we have both lost our work outside of Platypus and we are expecting the vast majority of events this summer to be cancelled or postponed. We really rely on our summer season and this will be a massive blow, but we completely stand by event organisers’ decisions.
Currently, we are still processing orders worldwide however we will no longer be dispatching orders daily to limit our time outside. We will also no longer process any UK orders with guaranteed next day delivery. Please allow up to 3 working days for your purchase to be dispatched. All postage is now printed at home and posted in post boxes to avoid our time in the Post Office and protect the postal workers. Due to border closures and a reduction in flights international orders are expected to be delayed. Please allow an extra 1-3 weeks for your order to reach you. Although we are currently noticing no delay in delivery of orders to the UK or USA, this might change if more postal workers fall ill. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
